剧情简介
李大有（黄日华）和李奇（曾江）父子，数名黑帮头子合作讨债公司，由于大有的方式以凶狠出名故为欠债人闻风丧胆。 郑继凤（尹扬名）因一次交通意外，为救四子而使妻惨死，因而四年来不断自责，但其自小便不得其父郑森喜爱，国小毕后便被父安排于马房任马夫。钱浅（陈秀雯），钟爱玲（蔡少芬）合开一家小公司，因投资失败而负债累累，在有有的讨债公司不断恐吓下，二人几乎走投无路。 钱、玲赛马日入场一搏，可惜血本无归，玲以为穷途末路时，却见浅又再拿出大笔金钱投注，始知她一直暗藏私己而继凤听信哥继龙的话，输光身上所有金钱，始知龙是戏弄他。浅、玲和有相处后，发觉并非想像中的残暴后更合作发展卡拉OK的生意。有发觉赛马生意必定发财，遂与黑道头子合作，果然赚了大钱。有决定亲自参与赛事，自当马主，而拜访潦倒练马师林登（李家鼎），但当有有邀凤参与时却引起其之恶感。 浅与有相处后，不自觉对他用...
