剧情简介
宋仁宗年间，包拯（谭俊彦饰）上任开封府尹，与幕僚公孙策（曹永廉饰）、侍卫展昭（张振朗饰）、四捕快合力打击歪风。商人之女云千羽（胡定欣饰）能言善辩，得公孙策指点成为讼师；高昌婢女纪念念（姚子羚饰）精通验尸，二女同助开封七子屡破奇案。 然而，开封府内危机四伏。庞太师（李成昌饰）专横霸道，多次加害包拯。包拯跟念念志趣相投，情愫渐生，却发现其真正身份暗藏重大阴谋……千羽的父亲云中流（张国强饰）心怀异志，更力指仁宗（张颕康饰）并非真龙天子！包拯面对最难审判的案件，到底会为社稷而埋没良心，还是揭露真相？
