剧情简介
幽冥女王之兄阿达武士（Rito）加入侵略地球的队伍，并压倒性的击败金刚战士，摧毁了大连王与战斗白虎，指挥中心亦在战斗中损毁，金刚战士就此失去超异能。宙威利用中心所余的能量，将失去超异能的战士们送去忍者神庙，要他们去见可制造超异能硬币的忍者战士（Ninjor）。尽管途中有阿达武士派遣的食人鸟追击，但战士们依旧成功抵达神庙获得新的超异能，并多了忍者装扮的变身型态，以及忍者机械兽（Ninja Zords）。后来巴布猴、怪头陀与鱼匠人等寻获失落已久的无敌战将（Shogun Zords），玄冥大帝等人遂夺走小晴的超异能硬币与大明的战斗鹰，企图要胁金刚战士替自己驾驶无敌战将征服地球。大明只得潜入暗月宫内，于千钧一发之际夺回硬币与战斗鹰，而比利亦在操纵无敌战将时将控制权夺来，令玄冥大帝的企图失败，也让金刚战士多了五架新的生力军。 小晴为了追求理想，决定离开参加体操大赛训练，原先遭幽冥女王下咒以企图谋害金刚战士的凯特（Katherine），在破除魔咒后取代她成为新的粉红战士。但过没多久，幽冥女王的父亲终极魔王发动魔法将时间倒转，令金刚战士全回到童年时期，因此失去了超异能。为了抵御侵略，宙威自水柔星请来了外星战士，第三季就此进入特别篇。至于变回儿童的各战士，除了比利透过机器很快恢复之外，其余人则到各地寻找奇奥水晶的碎片，希望将之收集后发动魔力令地球恢复原状。而伊莎到非洲寻找水晶时，意外与远亲相逢，从此留在当地，由表姐唐娜带着水晶回到美国。但当水晶凑齐让地
