剧情简介
在战火纷飞、动荡不安的20世纪前半叶，人民宛如苍茫大海中的浮萍，命运抉择全部由己。在那两次世界范围内大屠杀的间隙，时代的潮流将几个年轻人推到了一起。第一次世界大战期间孤绝于世外的乐土美国，聚集着三名来自东方的留学生，分别是中国青年文为均（赵文瑄 饰）、山本五十六的表弟山本康夫（冯远征 饰）以及美丽的日本皇族后裔青田秀（邬倩倩 饰），爱情与理想构成了他们生活中的主旋律，而二次大战以及侵华战争的阴影将青年们无情抛回现实世界。 康夫在山本五十六的授意下组建密码部，他不仅承受巨大的苛责，与妻子阿秀的关系也日趋紧张；文为均愿以一生所学报效祖国，却饱受倾轧和迫害。战火之下，人之渺小……
