剧情简介
改革开放的今天，因为房子的问题，令千千万万家庭上演了情景各异的人间悲喜剧。在民政局担任调解员的潘军（许亚军 饰）和妻子石小芬（陈小艺 饰）虽说不上琴瑟合璧，却也将错就错地凑合到了现在。偏偏最近分配经济适用房的消息令小芬想出了假离婚的鬼点子，平日里媳妇软磨硬泡、威逼利诱已经让潘军疲惫不堪，再加上发誓为潘军自杀的前女友报仇的护士丁燕（胡可 饰）出现，更让这个男人求生不得，求死不能。被逼无奈之下，他同意了 假离婚的要求，谁知分房的愿望却就此落了一场空。 在此期间，潘军认真思考了这段不算成功的婚姻，于是有意放缓复婚的脚步，而他和丁燕在一来二去的接触中，奇妙的感情也悄然萌发……
