剧情简介
陆航团飞行大队长姜海在一次红蓝演习中坚持自己的看法，擅自行动，却意外地挽救了己方军队，赢得了对抗最终的胜利。这个远近闻名的“刺头兵”让领导们又爱又恨。适逢陆航团受命筹建我军第一支陆航兵空中突击旅，姜海脱颖而出，成为了一营营长。经过他的不断钻研和尝试，终于完成了世界性的高难度飞行动作，并带领战友们百分之百通过考核。不久，姜海利用创新战法，成功组织了渡海登岛联合演习。陆航空中突击旅最终不负使命，在短短一年多的时间里完成组建行成战斗力，并成为陆军序列中一支新型突击作战力量。
