剧情简介
大海市的百年老字号文博服装厂闹出劳资纠纷，市机关劳资科长郑方鸣前往调解，平息了风波。“女工首领”孙文慧给他留下了深刻印象。郑方鸣秉公处理了文博厂事件，得罪了纪凡和自己的妻子欣瑶。机关重组，郑方鸣厌恶其中的明争暗斗，愤然辞职。孙文慧被纪凡开除，开了一个服装店，干得挺红火。郑方鸣力挽危局，以人为本，以德治厂，终于重振文博，孙文慧设计的服装系列也一炮而红。郑方鸣被诬涉嫌一桩诈骗案，而真正的涉嫌人纪凡躲到了渔村的岩洞。在苏一的善良和真诚打动下，他投案自首。拘留所里吴老太太终于说出了纪凡的身世之谜。
