剧情简介
1949年，历经长达半个多世纪的战乱与混沌，古老的中华大地终于迎来黎明的曙光。然而国民党绝不甘心这样的失败，其保密局江城站站长在江城部署了一支“反共救国军“和破坏城市建设的“黑三角计划”，妄图颠覆中国共产党的政权。侦察科长石岩（黄海波 饰）临危受命，与地下党的同事对国军残余势力展开排查与肃清。他趁机和打入敌人内部的李虎里应外合，与反共救国军上校侯敬亭（曹克难 饰）展开斗智斗勇的较量。敌我抗争愈演愈烈，看似与世无争的老太太于黄氏（奚美娟 饰）协助国军进行着破坏江城的计划。 这是黎明前最后的黑暗，胜利的曙光终将到来……
