上世纪六十年代，老艺术家王心刚和田华主演的电影《秘密图纸》风靡全国，给很多人留下了深刻的印象。目前，这部红色经典力作被再度改编成电视剧，由金盾影视、广州电视台、上海文广新闻传媒集团以及北京安平投资有限公司联合出品。 边防某部作战参谋陈亮的前妻去世多年，如今陈亮和身为公安的妻子石云一起照顾着他和前妻所生的儿子毛毛。 特务组织要派年仅27岁的黑桃Q回大陆组织一次特别的特务行动，回来之前他专程去了趟日本，用毒酒毒死了把他带入特务行当的干爹。黑桃Q游回大陆，一上岸直接被抓捕。石云提审黑桃Q，黑桃Q叫出了石云的原名“肖流云”，石云大惊。之后，黑桃Q便在监狱中食物中毒死亡……而此时公安局截获了特务的密电码，破译后只有四个字，“秘密图纸”…………
