剧情简介
1945年抗日战争胜利，东北八路军部队 俘获了日本关东军第二飞行总队第四练 成飞行队的全部人员。在东总和东北局 领导及航空队队长陆好天的不懈努力 下，终于感动了这支日军教官队伍，使 他们留下成为第一代共产党飞行员的教 官。教官队伍还是延安航空小组、国民 党起义人员、新疆航空队被捕释放人员 等。这样一个多方力量汇集一起队伍， 在缺少飞机、燃油，不断躲避国民党军 的进攻和追击，克服种种生活困难的战 争环境下，培养出了新中国的第一批飞 行员。
