剧情简介

在院长杨逸滔和副院长唐明的领导下，明成北医院的急症室、心胸肺科、神经外科三个核心部门，每天都谱写着拯救生命的医患故事。滔志不止于拯救病患，他希望推动全面开放药物名册，务求让香港不再有人因为买不起药而等死。滔的远大理想却受到肿瘤科专家叶晴的质疑，晴空降到明成北出任院长，跟滔分庭抗礼。另一方面，晴被明的人格魅力和精湛医术所折服，但明却只在乎未婚妻苏怡…… 　　与此同时，具备急症室和普通外科双专业资格的李文信从无国界医生退役，加入明成北急症室。信擅长处理种种奇难杂症，深得滔的器重，但信竟是滔女友吕蔼宁的前度男友…… 　　这群有血有肉的医生在感情路上相知相遇，在医疗政策改革中针锋相对，但始终秉持着医者的仁心，歌颂生命的价值和意义，发挥人文关爱精神。
