剧情简介
集天赋及实力于一身的医生杜乐生，在20年前一场巨大灾难中，亲身经历生命无常、体制无情！ 在这场意外中，他失去挚爱的女友与情同家人的精神导师，之后他离开令他失望的医院体制，隐身在小诊所中用自己的方式，化身医疗外送员，抢救紧急患者，争分夺秒不愿放弃一线生机。也透过一次次出动、抢救生命的过程，修补自己内心的创伤与愧疚。 同时，杜乐生与地方综合医院的副院长李志豪间亦敌亦友的强强对决，加上处事强悍但内心柔软的女医生徐敏安总在关键时刻介入；接连不同的医疗事件发生，所面临种种医病之间的人情、同僚之间的价值观及自我的感情认同，让杜乐生了解他必须重回体制，才能真正改革体制，但这一决定却也成了20年前大灾难真相所隐藏的秘密引爆点……
