剧情简介

肖长庆、孙前程和陈新城三个老友兼同事操劳打拼了一辈子，退休后共同创办了一个温暖的养老社区。养老社区的创办过程并不是一帆风顺，老家伙们本身都面临着各自的问题，孙前程与夏明珠因为女儿的不幸婚姻剑拔弩张；陈新城放不下辉煌的过去，与叛逆追梦的儿子势同水火；肖长庆早年丧偶，一个人张罗着一大家子的衣食起居，总有操不完的心。而入住社区的老人们更是带来了各种麻烦。在层出不穷的问题中，三个老家伙总能找出对策，他们齐心协力帮助牛大妈找回被骗的房子，让许工入住养老中心重拾知识分子的尊严，帮助徐大妈解决家庭纠纷等。养老中心在各种困难中逐渐运营起来，他们在为一个个老人解决难题的同时，也在这一过程中不断成为更好的自己。
