剧情简介
1942年夏，神州大地战事正酣，位于浙江金华的武义县，此时正由日军统治把守，当地最高长官小松宫庆仁（孙之鸿 饰）飞扬跋扈，鱼肉百姓。此地的抗日民间组织光武会，和我党地下党的联络员老猫（王奎荣 饰）精诚合作，策划对其刺杀，却不料突生事故，老猫牺牲，光武会大当家十三妹下落不明，仅有掩饰身份为杨家楼老板的光武会二当家杨友信（聂远 饰）幸存。与此同时，我党组织派来武义和光武会接头的新联络员东方燕（孙骁骁 饰），也被日方盯上，局面险象横生。杨友信不躁不馁，利用高超厨艺，成功与擅吃、会吃的小松宫庆仁斡旋，与东方燕、民兵首领罗成（邓宁 饰）精密合作，利用日方两大干将——小队长木村刚（项斌 饰）和伪军保安团团长席百令（刘波 饰）之间的矛盾，上演一出出暗斗，在日军内部制造矛盾，寻求推翻日军在此的统治。最终杨友信等人发现并成功捣毁日军在武义战略物资掠夺上的阴谋，推翻了暴...
