剧情简介
闯荡四方的董大林在北京农科院进修后，怀揣着梦想回到了家乡。他要乘着京津冀协同发展的东风，在家乡干一番大事业。老爹有两儿一女，大儿子董大林，二儿子董二林，姑娘董艳。当年，董二林八岁的时候，老爹带着他跑车做生意。一次车祸，二林受了内伤，老爹总觉得对不住二林。突发的车祸也让当时正读大学一年级的大林被迫退了学。大林的事业会影响唯利是图的弟媳陈玲的生意，陈玲百般阻挠，大林的事业极其不顺。所幸儿子非常优秀，总算有些安慰。好心的大林得不到老爹的支持，却备受老妈喜爱。董艳嘴上说主持正义，却见利忘义，最终站到了二嫂一边。在一次次家族纷争中，大林对弟弟一家一让再让。自以为聪明的陈玲，交往的全是些见利忘义的小人，到头来玩火自焚。而憨厚善良的董大林结交的多是阳光坦荡之人，最终成为备受瞩目的农民企业家。
